Refund policy

WALL DECOR & MORE

Original paintings and one-of-a-kind pieces are eligible for exchange only (not refund), as each work is unique and cannot be restocked. Canvas prints and wall decor are eligible for return within 30 days.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition. You'll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please include clear photos of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is reported lost during the delivery process, we will investigate and refund/exchange as needed.

Exchanges

For exchanges, return the item without damages. Once the return is inspected and accepted, we can exchange your purchase with a product of equal or lesser value.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

BIG FUN GAME EVENTS

Clients must cancel and/or request a refund at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event date to receive a full refund. Any request for cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will receive a 50% refund. Leake My Art LLC reserves the right to accept and/or deny services and/or participation.
