Terms of service:

Games:

Games are offered and/or played to allow inclusion for people with various interests in games. Games will vary in category. Categories include: Cognitive Thinking: This includes, but not limited to, games such as trivia, puzzles, riddles. Physical Challenge: This includes, but not limited to, games that may require players to participate physically in some way. Examples: Walking, dancing, jumping, tossing/throwing, etc. Luck Based: This includes, but not limited to, games that do not necessarily require “skills” and/or “knowledge” and winning is based on random picks/guesses. Some games may fall under one or more categories.

Rules: 

The rules of each round/game will be explained to players prior to starting the round/game. Players will be given an opportunity to ask questions for clarity prior to starting the game. Players are expected and required to follow ALL rules of the game. Players understand that the host and/or the score keeper(s) have the final say when determining if an answer is right/accepted or incorrect/unaccepted, and agrees not to argue and/or become hostile regarding the decision(s) that has been made. Cheating of any kind during any round of the game(s) can result in penalties and/or disqualification from the round or overall game.

Prizes:

Cash and/or other prizes are rewarded to the winner of each game played. Cash amount and other prizes will vary.

Regulations:

Leake My Art LLC reserves the right to accept and/or deny services and/or participation. Each game night event is recorded and may be uploaded and shared via online platforms, social media, etc. Each round/game will be recorded and possibly edited to fit within the assigned time frame of each video/short/reel, etc. It is not guaranteed that each game/event recorded will be uploaded to online platforms, social media, etc. 

Safety: 

Absolutely NO guns, knives, weapons, or fighting of any kind are allowed in or around the premises. Leake My Art LLC and/or its affiliates are not responsible/liable for any injuries, medical emergencies, etc. that may occur during game night events. Players participation is at their sole discretion. Booking and/or participating in Game Event services mean that you understand and agree with the information explained in the Terms of Service.
